The Gropay team consists of proven industry leaders with extensive experience both on the demand (merchant) and supply (Payment Service Provider, acquirer, scheme) sides with a focus on sales and business development, operations, risk, compliance, valuation and due diligence.
Manoj’s aims is to combine his love for consulting with his knowledge of payments in delivering measurable value for his clients. He started his career in Sydney Australia in strategic consulting and worked across the Asia Pacific region with Sydney as a base. When he moved from Sydney to The Netherlands he also moved from consulting to working for a payments startup which was later acquired by Worldpay.
Since 2008 Manoj has been helping build Gropay and has worked on projects at King.com (makers of Candy Crush Saga) and Fanduel amongst others.
Jeannie’s aim is to combine her passion for managing human resources with her experience of complex organisational structures in making a measurable difference in the success of the organisation as well as in people’s lives.
Jeannie holds a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management. She has advised a variety of organisations in managing and reorganising their internal human resources.
Jeannie has extensive international experience having lived and worked in New York, USA and London, UK. Most recently her experience in London has been as the Interim Assistant HR Director at Camden Council, one of London’s largest and most innovative councils.
Since joining Gropay, Jeannie has helped organisations in Fintech optimize their performance through HR services. She has also been busy with helping organisations acquire talent through her nearly ten thousand person strong professional network.
In her spare time Jeannie is an avid marathon runner.
Micah’s aim is to combine her love for the law with her experience across large multi-nationals to reduce risk and increase profits for her clients.
Micah is admitted to the bars of Illinois and Washington, DC to practice law in the United States. She is an international corporate compliance and payments lawyer with extensive experience working with large multinational companies and banks throughout the world. She is an expert in cross-border technology, data protection and e-commerce law and has served as legal counsel to expert witnesses in some of the largest financial fraud cases in the United States and has also represented clients before regulatory authorities throughout Asia, Europe and the United States.
Micah is often invited to teach at universities throughout the world as a guest lecturer on global e-commerce, online payment laws, and data protection and privacy issues. She has written several articles on national, international and supranational legal regimes that govern rapidly evolving technologies and ideas.
Dominic’s aim is to combine his 22 years of payments industry experience with his love for strategic planning, branding and business development in helping companies expand internationally.
Dominic is an executive manager with ISO, MSB, PayFac, Bank Relationship and global eTailer experience. He has provided management support in the areas of P&L, Sales, Marketing, Local Payment Options, Compliance and Corporate Leadership in global merchant payment processing, alternative payments and pre-paid environments. He excels in delivering services around Payment Facilitator (PayFac), Alternative Payment Services (APMs), Global local payment options, Branding/Positioning and Market Penetration.
